30+ international investors and 50+ startups from Lithuania and the Baltic region will meet at pre-scheduled 1:1 meetings to focus on investment attractions and scaling startup businesses.
Pitch Battle
Carefully hand-picked startups will pitch their ideas and compete on stage in front of the jury, the investors and the audience. Best pitched startups at Startup Fair will be offered mentorship, a share of investment of 100 000 EUR from LitBAN and legal services from Triniti.

  • Vinted Thomas Plantenga

    In the summer of 2016 Thomas flew from New York to Vilnius to share knowledge with the Vinted team. He planned to stay for 5 weeks but never flew back to New York and helped Vinted through a successful transformation. Thomas grew up in the Netherlands, co-founded 'Bookaboat' and was part of ‘Harvest Amsterdam’ which got acquired by OLX-classifieds. At OLX Thomas created global strategies and headed up SSA & MENA portfolios. Thomas left OLX and joined Fabrice Grinda to start 'Sell-it', a mobile classifieds for the US. 'Sell-it' merged with 'Wallapop' and 'Letgo' forming the largest +1B US mobile classifieds player. Over the last 7 years Thomas lived in: Amsterdam, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, Nairobi, Cabarete, Barcelona and New York. Now as CEO of Vinted he splits his time between Vilnius and Berlin, helping to make Vinted a global success.

  • CGTrader Dalia Lašaitė

    Dalia Lašaitė is Co-founder and CEO of CGTrader. CGTrader is one of the largest 3D design marketplaces in the world, with over 220,000 3D models and 400,000 3D designers on board. Its customers come from advertising, video production, gaming, design, VR/AR and 3D printing industries. CGTrader is backed by Intel Capital and Practica Capital. Before CGTrader, Dalia worked in asset management and co-founded two other startups.

  • Exosphere Skinner Layne

    Skinner Layne is the Founder of Exosphere, a learning and problem-solving community building the institutions of the future. The Exosphere Academy of Science & the Arts, the Exosphere community's first such project, has been operating since 2013, delivering intensive, experimental educational programs that bring together science, technology, entrepreneurship, philosophy, and psychology in Latin America and Europe.

  • Fundwise Gleb Maltsev

    Gleb, Co-Founder of Fundwise, listens to around 900 speeches a year ranging from a 60-second pitch to a 45-minute keynote. He’s trained presenters for industry-wide pitching showcases such as Slush, Latitude59, TechChill and LOGIN. He’s the co-founder of Fundwise, a founder-to-investor pitching platform with a 65% success rate and raising over 889K EUR for over a dozen projects. Every year he works with executives from almost every industry that would make the world a bit better, or at least have a shot at doing so. Around a 100 of those execs have gone on to pitch at trade fairs such as the Mobile World Congress, Smart City Expo, conhIT, boot Düsseldorf, Bygg Reis Deg, or BAU.

  • CUJO Kęstutis Pakalniškis

    Kęstutis, a Co-Founder of CUJO, has over 15 years of Leading QA and Management experience with scalable US finance, e-Commerce, and security projects. He brings deep insight on problematic areas during early development and focusing on quality product delivery for growth-oriented companies.

  • Tomorrow Street Neil Cocker

    Neil Cocker is Director & Senior Partner at Tomorrow Street. He has worked in international business for 18 years. Since 2011, he has been working at the Vodafone Procurement Company (VPC) in Luxembourg. He is currently a Director at the Tomorrow Street innovation centre, where he is in charge of the scouting operation. Tomorrow Street is a joint venture with the Luxembourg government and aims to grow late-stage startups through the power of Vodafone’s global footprint. Neil holds an MBA from the Open University Business School and a Master’s in English from the University of Aberdeen.

  • TransferGo Magnus Olby

    Magnus Olby has over 14 years of experience of growing and expanding digital businesses in Europe. Originally from the private banking sector, he has since held a number of senior marketing and business development positions at both startup ventures to public companies, like Kindred Group Plc and most recently as CMO at TransferGo.

  • Omnisend Rytis Lauris

    Rytis Lauris is the Co-founder and CEO of Omnisend, the powerful marketing automation platform that’s focused on moving ecommerce marketers beyond the generic email marketing tools. Rytis is a successful entrepreneur who has spent the last 10 years building and driving a few startups which has brought him to ecommerce field. He has shared his knowledge and expertise in numerous ecommerce conferences, including Litmus Live and Magento Imagine.

  • J12 Ventures Emmet King

    Emmet is a Founding Partner and CIO at J12 Ventures, a Stockholm-based early stage fund active across the Nordics and Baltics. J12 works closely with the teams in which it invests, particularly focusing on supporting go-to-market strategies. By building exclusive groups of local angel investors who then work closely with the fund team, J12 provides startups with the combination of the best that angels and funds have to offer.     Phil Dardier is a Senior Partner at Avolta Partners who now Advises Tech Startups across the spectrumof fund raising M&A and ICOz’s. He also ran European and Global equity, derivatives and Emerging market sales businesses at Merrill Lynch and at BNPParibas.   • Change Ventures Andris K. Berzins

    Andris is a Managing Partner at Change Ventures and a prominent leader in Baltic startup ecosystem and co-founder of TechHub Riga and TechChill. He now leads the Baltic seed investment fund Change Ventures. In the past, he has held leadership roles at various startups including AeroScout ($240M exit) and Bookatable ($110M exit). He is a former Bain & Company strategist and investment advisor at Creandum, and holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

  • Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania Sigitas Mitkus

    Sigitas Mitkus has been holding the position of the Director of the Financial Markets Policy Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania since November 2014. After studies at the Faculty of Economics at Vilnius University, he joined the Lithuanian diplomatic service in 1995 and devoted 15 years to the Lithuanian European integration process holding different senior positions in Vilnius and Brussels. In 2010 -2014 Mr. Sigitas Mitkus had been working as a Deputy Ambassador to the UK focusing on Lithuania’s relations with the City of London and development of financial markets with a special attention on Fintech.

    Max Postnikov is an investor and Chief Evangelist at Universa, the new generation blockchain technology. Max has been a serial entrepreneur since 2001, launching multiple successful tech companies in the areas of online-recruiting, mobile gaming, big data & AI. In addition, for many years he was in charge of social networks at Mail.Ru Group, one of the largest internet companies in Eastern Europe.

  • ORCA Alliance Dmitrij Radin

    Dmitrij Radin is a diligent blockchain enthusiast and crypto evangelist up and running in business since early 2015.     Andrius started to work at the Bank of Lithuania two years ago as an IT specialist. About one and a half year ago Bank of Lithuania started to investigate the usability of blockchain technology, Andrius joined the working group and became a Project Manager of the the LBChain platform-service pre-commercial procurement project. He has a bachelor degree of mathematics and currently writing his MS thesis in IT engineering about blockchain technology.

  • Startup Yard Lloyd Waldo

    Hailing from San Francisco, California, Lloyd Waldo, the self-proclaimed “3rd most-famous American in Prague,” is a Partner at StartupYard, and resident Copywriter and Community Manager. Lloyd brings many years of professional writing and speaking experience to StartupYard, as well as an eye for defining the unique voice of a young company. Lloyd is a frequent speaker and panelist at startup and tech events throughout Europe, and he is a mentor at GjirafaLab, Kosovo’s first ever incubator for tech startups, and Numa, a leading tech accelerator in France.   • Haflo Sophia Noel

    Sophia is an American/ Peruvian investment consultant with a marketing background. She recently completed her undergraduate degree at NYU’s portal campus in Shanghai, China where she formed part of the inaugural class and majored in Business and Finance. Her interests in marketing and finance were strengthened during her year abroad in New York City, where she interned and worked in both fields, analyzing investments and raising sales. Sophia is also a cryptocurrency investor, writer, and speaker.

Moving away from the law, Geoff worked for the Barclays Techstars Accelerator program before joining Shieldpay as part of the founding team.
